This is it! Our Belly Dance Fit program offers a multi-dimensional approach to health and fitness. It benefits the body, the mind, and the spirit.

Jill Parker, the founder of the modern Tribal Fusion belly dance phenomenon, created this program to bring the best of her classes to you.

Every class starts with a 7-minute dynamic mobility warm-up that helps improve flexibility, joint health, and range of motion. In these classes Jill teaches essential belly dance techniques from arm patterns and adulations to shimmy. In the process, you will work on your proprioception (the sense of the body in space), balance, posture, strength and functional movement.

The greatest benefits of this program (and dance in general) are for the brain. Studies show that dance helps reduce stress, increases levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin, and helps develop new neural connections, especially in regions involved in executive function and long-term memory.

With nearly three decades of experience, Jill has trained the top belly dancers in the genre and influenced a generation of belly dancers with her modern innovations, all the while remaining deeply rooted in her connection to the traditional, sensual, and authentic.

Jill's big heart and deep love for this intoxicating form shine through in her generous teaching as well as her knockout performances worldwide.
