How to Approach the 21-Day Challenge:
You can just do the classes. Or, you can join us for the 21-day Challenge where every day we’ll do new exercises and activities together. The program is designed to help you get in the habit of moving, tackling the two biggest common challenges in fitness - discipline and motivation.
Studies show that 21 days is about the time it takes to create a new habit. Having a schedule helps to stay on track. Another key factor is Community. You will receive an invitation to join our Facebook Group.
Variety is wonderful when it comes to exercise. On some days we’ll do our Total Body Fitness Classes. On other days, we’ll do stretching exercises, yoga, short strength workouts, walking, and foam rolling. We designed all of the activities to be fun and light-hearted, and all of them are set to music, naturally J
When joining the Challenge, start with the current day of the week. For example, if you are starting on a Wednesday, start with a “Wednesday, Week 1” video. This way we are all on the same track.
