Aerobic exercise offers crucial benefits to brain health, mood, and cognitive function. Music is also known for its overwhelming cognitive benefits. Music motivates us to move and makes exercise fun. Music is central to Kathleen's program. One class is set to fun Latin music and the other one to African beats. We hope you enjoy it.

How To Approach This Program:
We recommend that you do these classes, alternating between the two, twice a week or as often as feels right to you. Modify the moves for your fitness level and health condition (lower or higher impact), as our class participants demonstrate in the video.
